Thank you for your kind message with all these tips and suggestions. I am fairly new to this situation. I am 65 and have never been diagnosed, either during a pelvic exam or a colonoscopy. However, a couple of years ago, I had some symptoms and went to the store and got witch hazel and Preparation H suppositories. After using them for 2-3 days, everything seemed fine for nearly a year. I think I have had 2 episodes each year for the past 2 years. Both times, everything seemed fine after 2-3 days. This time, I have had the itching and discomfort for about 10 days and was using the suppositories almost every night for a week but then thought it wasn't good to use them so much. That's when I turned to the web and got info on your product. I have a couple of glasses a wine a week, but will stop for a while at least. I eat a fair amount of fiber and am never constipated. I balance my protein and complex carbs at most meals, but will try to cut down on the protein. Although I didn't drink a lot more alcohol over the Thanksgiving holiday, I did consume more sweets - don't know if that contributes. Anyway, I will look forward to getting your product. I recently ordered a bottle of your product and I must admit I was skeptical to say the least. The problem I was having with hemorrhoids has been ongoing and they bled to the point where I was anemic and went in for surgery. The surgeon advised me that he "banded the bleeder" and that I would be uncomfortable for at least a week. They have returned periodically and this last bout before I started the product was probably the worst they had ever been. I have suffered for many years with both internal and external hemorrhoids, but over the last few months my hemorrhoids became so inflamed and painful it was like torture. I would suffer for hours with pain both during, and especially after, every bowel movement, and it had gotten to the point of where I was seriously contemplating surgery. I wanted to share some personal news with you that may help in your sales of Hem-B-Gone. In 2004, I had intestinal surgery that ended with having approximately 2 feet of my small intestine removed. Since that time, I have had 5 to 7 bowel movements per day. It's like the food I eat goes right through me. Excellent product. I've used many supplements in the past mostly trying to gain an edge in athletic performance, but nothing has come close to working as claimed as your product. Can't thank you enough for Hem-B-Gone. Wish you were around in '69 when I was in Viet Nam. My Mother had to send me ointment and I suffered for months. I have to Thank you for such wonderful product. I had surgery on the 8th to remove blood cloths. And, let me tell you, I was not ok after that, still had the thrombosed hemorrhoids. It was horrible! My comments on this company and their product are based on an episode that I personally experienced last summer. I was on a fishing trip in a remote lake system in Canada when I develop an acute and extremely painful external hemorrhoid. I was unable to drive the 500 miles to get home and had to lay back in severe pain for the entire return trip. Upon getting home I tried every method which in the past afforded some relief of flare ups but with the acute thrombosed veins found no relief. After a week of sitz bathing, topical 10% Cortisone, and analgesic/anesthetic cream I was very near the surgical option of lancing and having a major hemorrhoidectomy.
